Hito by Hito we tell our story
A Hito is that stone post, sometimes carved, that serves to mark paths or delimit plots. An element that has accompanied us throughout our history, that has been present vintage after vintage and that has seen our vineyards mature. But, in addition, we have learned that these milestones have marked our own journey, taken step by step, challenge by challenge. Because the elaboration speaks of passion, the indispensable ally to mark as many milestones as there are stones you find on your path.
Tasting
Clean, bright, cherry red wine with violet hues. The nose is very expressive, highlighting the characteristic primary aromas of Tempranillo and the presence of red fruits. In the mouth it is a balanced wine, with a smooth palate and a pleasant sensation at the end of the mouth.
Elaboration
Born from the selection of grapes from the lowest parts of our vineyards, fermented in stainless steel tanks for 30 days and spent in French oak barrels.
Soil
Hito is made from grapes from the lowest parts of our vineyards, at an altitude of between 750 and 850 meters, ideal for obtaining wines of medium structure in which freshness is a crucial characteristic.
