The most aromatic tempranillo
The word “Hito” means a stone post, sometimes carved, that serves to indicate the direction or distance on roads or to delimit land. Tasting
A clean and bright wine with a pale pink hue. On the nose, fresh and cheerful, with notes of red fruits and subtle notes of white flowers that give it complexity.
Elaboration
After a brief maceration, it is fermented at 14ºC for approximately 20 and after aging on lees, the wine is finally bottled.
Soil
Hito is made from grapes from the lowest parts of our vineyards, at an altitude of between 750 and 850 meters, ideal for obtaining wines of medium structure in which freshness is a crucial characteristic.

Elaboración
Después de una breve maceración, es fermentado a 14ºC durante aproximadamente 20 y tras una crianza sobre lías, el vino finalmente es embotellado.
Suelo
Hito es elaborado a partir de las uvas de las partes más bajas de nuestros viñedos, a una altura de entre 750 y 850 metros, ideales para conseguir vinos de estructura media en los que la frescura es una característica crucial.
