The history of those who make our land
A true tribute to the history of viticulture, to that man who works and endures the work in the fields, and who every day goes to that unique plot, where there is no shelter to protect him from the harsh weather conditions and the great thermal contrasts. Factors that are transferred to the wine, giving it race, finesse, elegance and that special character that enhances it.
Tasting
Cherry red color with garnet edges, clean and deep. The nose is very intense and elegant, with nuances of black fruit and spicy notes well assembled with aging in wood, obtaining a very balanced and round whole. The palate is intense, voluminous and with a long and persistent aftertaste.
Elaboration
Both malolactic fermentation and aging are carried out for 30 days in French oak barrels.
Soil
Malabrigo is the name of the plot that designates our most emblematic wine. The plot, at an altitude between 850 and 900 meters, is characterized by its sandy-clayey soil and harsh weather conditions, with large thermal fluctuations between day and night.

Se realiza tanto la fermentación maloláctica como la crianza durante 30 días en barrica de roble francés.
Suelo
Malabrigo es el nombre de la parcela que designa a nuestro vino más emblemático. La parcela, a una altitud entre los 850 y los 900 metros, se caracteriza por su suelo arenoso-arcilloso y las duras condiciones climatológicas, con grandes oscilaciones térmicas entre el día y la noche.
